Cancellation Policy

We require a $50 deposit at the time of party bookings. If you cancel  more than 10 days prior to your party, you will have the choice to re-book another date or receive a refund of your deposit. Refunds will not be refundable if your party is cancelled within 10 days of your scheduled booking.

If you cancel 7-10 prior to your event and choose not to rebook, you will be required to pay a $50 administrative fee.

If you cancel with less than 7 days notice, you are responsible for the full  price of your event, plus any travel expenses (if outside of the HRM).

**In the event of a storm where cancellation is unavoidable every effort will be made to rebook your event or your deposit will be refunded.
